Welcome to Jabster & Co. (“Jabster & Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jabsterandco.com (the “Site”), including any purchases you make through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Jabster & Co. is an independent graphic tee brand based in Virginia, USA. We design and sell apparel celebrating identity, nonconformity, and community — for the misfits, the fandom lovers, the neurodivergent minds, and anyone who’s never fit the template.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you’re legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Products

All apparel is printed to order or fulfilled from limited stock, and colors/prints may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings.
We do our best to keep product descriptions, sizing charts, and availability accurate, but we don’t guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue designs, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on applicable state law.
Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider. We do not store your full payment card information.
In the rare event a product is mispriced due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Orders & Shipping

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Order processing times and estimated shipping windows are listed in the item description.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchanges Policy page for full details on eligibility, timelines, and process. In general:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or limited-drop items may be final sale — noted on the product page where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, graphics, logos, product names, photography, and written copy — is the property of Jabster & Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Some designs may reference or pay homage to third-party pop culture, music, or fandom properties. Any such references are used for commentary, parody, or fan-culture purposes and are not intended to infringe on any trademark or copyright holder’s rights. 8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:
